General Information of the Company
Beijing Yueshengzhai Islamic Food Co.,Ltd.,based on the former Beijing Islamic Food Co.,Ltd. according to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and requirements of modern enterprise system, is presently the only one state-owned holding enterprise which engages in Islamic meat ware in Beijing. As an appointed ethnic commodity production enterprise certified by both the State and Beijing Ethnic Affairs Commission, the enterprise has passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System Certification and QS(quality safety) Certification both issued by China Quality Certification Center.
The company which sells sum near RMB 50,000,000 per year, carrying out benefit-taxes RMB 3,000,000 , consists of Production Department, Sales Department, Refrigerating Plant, and Research and Develop Center, with a staff of 400, fixed assets of RMB 43,000,000 and 10% assets yield or so. The main management are: ¡° Yueshengzhai ¡± cooked meat products of Western & Chinese Styles, poultry products and aquatic products, processed and manufactured or deepfrozen food, pastry, storage, groceries delivering, goods importing and exporting.
Interviewing the growth of the company in the past 50years, the company has been developing energetically at the same pace with the People's Republic of China. During the first period after Deliberation, Beijing livestock was mostly run by private owners. Since the foundation of Cattle&Flock Wholesales Store in 1955 when Beijing livestock was formally resided with a line of occupation , the company experienced Livestock Farms in 1958, Beef &Mutton wholesale store in 1962, Beef&Mutton Processing Plant in 1978, United Beef&Mutton Meat Processing Plant in 1983 Islamic Food Company in 1991, and finally Beijing Yueshengzhai Islamic Food Co.,Ltd. in 2003. During the development process, the company has developed from a small manual store with traditional management under the planned economic to a large modern mechanic enterprise with modern scientific management under the flexible socialist market economy. The company has always undertaking Islamic meat supply for Beijing Islamic residents throughout all the historic moments, such as the Economic Recovering Period after the Foundation of China, Hard Time Period at the 1960's, Cultural Revolution Period, Reform and Opening Period,¡°SARS¡± Period, and ¡°Indian Ocean Earthquake¡± Period. And it also undertakes the special supply for important conferences held by the State and Beijing Municipal Government, and world large activities such as the Asian games, World Women's Conference and World University Games.
